My dad and I have had to go in there a few times now and this is the most amazing place. The staff is very helpful, welcoming and kind! The nurses there are awesome and are always happy and make it better while waiting for the doctors! The doctors are the most amazing doctors ever! I want to give a special shout out to Dr.Shannon Schwarts! She is the best doctor with the most amazing knowledge and very informative! Thank you Dr.Shwartz for being so helpful and I appreciate you! I literally left feeling so much better!

Thorough, efficient, professional, and kind. It was easy to get an appointment. Short wait time and in network with our insurance. Quick results and follow-up on tests. Our family has used this facility before, and I would definitely recommend them to others

I like how was straight forward it was there. And, make some good points on where's the pain and get a good x-ray to checkup on it. The place is clean and it has well mannered staffs. It's overall good.

I saw how good the reviews were decided to drive about 40min just to go wasn’t sure how good it would be. let me tell you from the front desk, nurses, and doctor all so friendly, I feel the completely deserve 5 stars. I was extremely clean and welcoming environment. Wait time wasn’t long at all. And even though I’m outta state the took great care of me. And directed me on what I needed to do next, answered all my questions, and made me feel more at ease. If Im ever in the area again would definitely choose them outta any other place around:)

My visit was not good at all. I ended up leaving early and not even seeing the doctor because it took so long in the waiting room. When I had got there, there was only one guy in front of me. No one else. The nurses all did their job great fast an efficient. The doctor however seemed to be sitting behind his desk talking with the office girls when I got fed up a walked out of the waiting room without even seeing him. I wouldn’t recommend this particular urgent care. There is nothing urgent about it

The staff is fine and nice but the disorganization and disregard for scheduled appointments is beyond not ok. My son had an appointment for today at noon, we took him in 10min early to make sure we had time for any paperwork or check in …

This was actually the 2nd time I've used Health First Urgent Care and I've not had a bad experience yet. From reception, insurance issues, and medical staff and procedures, I found them to be professional, compassionate, and thorough. There wasn't a long wait time, either in reception area or exam room. It was nice that every procedure was well explained and they had their own xray services. I really liked the website service of booking an appointment too. I had questions about insurance and used their phone service and had no issues there either. Standard procedures for gloves, masking, and sanitization appeared to be adhered to, too.
